As most of you will be aware I have been working on a new model officially called the R2 Arten.
There has been huge demand via emails and social media and have decided to open the pre order initially just for IMR customers.
Please note that when ordering via the pre order system you do NOT pay now. You will be only charged 2 weeks prior to shipping. Current lead time is approximately 10 weeks from now.
As this initial invite is just for existing IMR customers you can use your loyalty codes in the checkout area.
The R2 Arten is limited to just 300 units worldwide and will come with its own serial number and authenticity card.

"The price will (of the Aten) be a little lower but that's due to it being less costly and time consuming to manufacture. The R2 Aten takes the house sound and lifts it by giving a bigger sound stage, better instrument separation but still keeping that organic sound. The mids will sit more in line with the lows and mids. The upper registers will be less metallic. This new driver is a bit of a beast and is the basis of the upcoming Rah"

Acabo de mandar un mensaje a Bob, a ver si todavía quedan unidades y a qué precio. También le he preguntado el por qué de ese nombre, 'Arten'. Tengo curiosidad por saber si viene de 'Art' en inglés o 'Art' en alemán (donde se abre una variedad de acepciones interesantes) o resulta que Bob tiene un tío que se llama Arthur y le llaman 'Art' por abreviar

Te sobra una “R”, es ATEN y te apuesto a que se refiere a la deidad egipcia, en castellano ATON. El precio eran 350 libras, menos un 35% por ser antiguo cliente, saludos.

Recibido el código por email tras mi consulta. Los acabo de pedir. Rapídisimo en contestar el amigo Bob. Me acaba de aclarar el significado de 'Aten':  The word Aten means disc with rays coming from it much like a speaker

Tengo la sensación que lo de los 300 ejemplares va a ser lo mismo que las 500 libras del R1 y el no bajaré de precio. Ojo, no me parece mal, después de todo por lo que se ve la cosa le va bien.
